ii Global Scholarship Board
They provide both international and local scholarship for everyone all around the world. Although they take a little fee of $10 for study programme, which allows you to just study, and $25 dollars for study and work programme which allows you to study and work simultaneously, the money paid is a one time nonrefundable fee paid when applying, which is worth it by the way.
2. APPLY ON TIME
